Cancellations made 7 days in advance will incur a 5% fee.
Cancellations made 3 days in advance will incur a 15% fee.
Cancellations made on the day of the booking will incur a 50% fee.

Total Visits: Minimum - 4 visits per month.
Rate: €15 per hour including VAT.
Booking: Book and pay one month in advance to secure the discounted rate.
3-Month Plan.
Frequency: Once a week for a minimum of 2 hours per visit.
Total Visits: Minimum - 4 visits per month for 3 months.
Rate: €14 per hour including VAT.

Deep Cleaning

Rate: Based on property size and condition (quote provided after walkthrough or discussion)
Airbnb Turnovers
Professional turnaround between guests.
Includes linen change, bathroom disinfection, kitchen cleaning, and basic restocking (if needed)
